John Nall

ELDON, Mo. -- John McHaney Nall, 65, of Eldon passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at his home.

He was born Feb. 11, 1948, in Bollinger County, son of Emmett and Martha McHaney Nall. He and Alverda Edwards were married June 7, 1968, in Marble Hill, Mo.

John had worked as a sales representative for different lumber and millwork companies.

Survivors include his wife, Alverda Nall of Eldon; a daughter, Brigette (Clint) Jeffries of Eldon; a brother, Tom Nall of Advance, Mo.; a sister, Ann Nall of West Frankfort, Ill.; and two grandchildren, Nathan Nall and Olivia Jeffries.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jim; and two sisters, Clara and Grace.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Advance, with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop officiating. Burial will be in Glennon Cemetery at Glennon, Mo.
