JOHN LOWELL JR.

John William Lowell Jr., 18, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 1996, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born July 7, 1978, in Centralia, Ill., son of John W. and Vanessa Ladd Lowell Sr.

Lowell moved to Cape Girardeau in 1995 from Abilene, Texas, and attended Central High School.

Survivors include his mother of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Bryan Lowell of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Kerriann Lowell of Mt. Vernon, Ill.; maternal grandmother, Ruth Ladd of Cape Girardeau; and paternal grandmother, Annabelle Lowell of Mt. Vernon.

He was preceded in death by his father and both grandfathers.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Fred Poston officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
