JOHN F. BLANKEN

MARBLE HILL -- John F. Blanken, 76, of Marble Hill died Saturday, Dec. 15, 1990 at Bond Nursing Care Center in Marble Hill.

He was born July 2, 1914 near Marble Hill, son of the late John and Vesta Oldham Blanken.

On Aug. 10, 1940 he married to Audrey Mott. She survives.

He is also survived by one son, Johnny Blanken, Marble Hill; one daughter, Cathy Blanken, Lutesville; and one sister, Mrs. Melvin (Hattie) Walker, Jackson.

Two brothers, Homer and Herbert Hurst, preceded him in death.

He was a retired farmer.

Visitation was held Saturday at Liley Funeral Home in Lutesville.

Funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Gerald Huff officiating. Burial will follow in Hahn Chapel Cemetery.
