John Joseph Biri, 39, of Farmington died Saturday, Oct. 4, 1997, in Washington, Mo. He was born Dec. 16, 1957, in St. Louis, son of Roy W. and Edna Marie Schumer Biri. Biri was a case worker at Farmington Treatment Center, and also owned and operated The Computer Guy. He was a sound technician many years with area bands such as Madallion, Excalibur, and G.T.O. John Joseph Biri, 39, of Farmington died Saturday, Oct. 4, 1997, in Washington, Mo.

He was born Dec. 16, 1957, in St. Louis, son of Roy W. and Edna Marie Schumer Biri.

Biri was a case worker at Farmington Treatment Center, and also owned and operated The Computer Guy. He was a sound technician many years with area bands such as Madallion, Excalibur, and G.T.O. He was president of Farmington Band Booster Club.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon; a son, Zachary Biri, two daughters, Angela and Amanda Biri, all of the home; his parents of Doe Run; three sisters, Edie Matlock of Rolla, Sister Ethel Biri of Jefferson City, Joan Danley of Camdenton; two brothers, Walt and Michael Biri of Jackson.

Friends may call at Cozean Funeral Home in Farmington after 4 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, with Pastor Merlin Wegener and the Rev. Eugene Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
