Joe Dale Wilson, 61, of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, May 16, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born Nov. 18, 1932, at Portageville, son of Howard and Sarah Jane Autery Wilson. He married Betty Downing, May 2, 1949, at Piggot, Ark. Wilson was the owner of Data Business Systems Inc. of Cape Girardeau and Marion, Ill. Joe Dale Wilson, 61, of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, May 16, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born Nov. 18, 1932, at Portageville, son of Howard and Sarah Jane Autery Wilson.

He married Betty Downing, May 2, 1949, at Piggot, Ark.

Wilson was the owner of Data Business Systems Inc. of Cape Girardeau and Marion, Ill. He as a member of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Windall Wilson and Kingston Wilson, both of Cape Girardeau, Wade Wilson of Lake Wappapello; two daughter, Gina Reid of Newsmyrna Beach, Fla., Pat Samford of St. Louis; a sister, Dulcie McCrate of Portageville; and six grandchildren.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ron Watts officiating.

Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
