JoAnn Rozell Crader, 74, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, April 30, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born July 6, 1929, at Cape Girardeau, daughter of Edward and Rose Wittrock Mullins. She and Gene Crader were married March 27, 1949, in Cape Girardeau. He died March 30, 1994.
Crader worked several years as secretary at Hanover Lutheran Church, at Newberry Department Store, P.N. Hirsch Department Store and at Bell Telephone Co. as an operator. She was a member of Hanover Lutheran Church and past president and officer of the Hanover Lutheran Ladies Aid. Crader was also a member of the Walther Youth Group and Aid Association of Lutherans. She was a graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School.
Survivors include two daughters, Victoria Michael and Beverly Harris of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, JoElla Ryan of Naperville, Ill., EddaLee Wittich of Murphysboro, Ill.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Friends may call at 10 a.m. today until service time at Old Hanover Lutheran Church.
Funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. today at the church, with Rev. Daniel Hackney officiating. Burial will be in Hanover Lutheran Church Cemetery at Cape Girardeau.
