TAMMS - Funeral services for Jim Andy Dickerson, 70, of Miller City, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, at the Crain Funeral Home in Tamms. The Rev. Kenneth Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in the Olive Branch Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.

Dickerson died Sunday at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born March 25, 1920, at Bardwell, Ky., to the late Buck and Ruby Lang Dickerson.

He married Doris Ronnebeck on Dec. 21, 1948. She survives, along with 3 sisters, Lula Atkinson and Maggie Steadley, both of Bardwell, and Earlene Stroup of Cahokia, and several nieces and nephews.

Dickerson was a member of the Lake Milligan Baptist Church, where he served as a Sunday School teacher for over 22 years.
