Jesse G. Glenn, 76, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Oct. 6, 2006, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
He was born Sept. 24, 1930, at Gerald, Ind., son of John H. and Ethel McPeek Glenn. He and Elinor J. Keiser were married Nov. 23, 1950, at Cannelton, Ind.
Glenn was worked for Glidden Paint Co., later being the manager of the Glidden Paint Store in Cape Girardeau. He was a salesman for Jim Bishop Chevrolet and retired from Vanmatre Buick after 15 years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and Eagles Aerie 3775.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Debra Sprouse, Pam Nunnally and Diane Nunnally, all of Cape Girardeau; two sons, Douglas Glenn of Cape Girardeau, Jeffery Glenn of Jackson; a sister, Lillian Brunson of Tell City, Ind.; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home. Eagles service will be at 7 p.m.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Wayne Miller officiating.
Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
