PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Jerry Lee Pridemore, 72, of Perryville passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
He was born June 2, 1940, in Sedgewickville, Mo., son of William Dewey and Goldie Ava Rowan Pridemore. He and Joan Marie Erwin were married Feb. 12, 1977.
Pridemore was an autoworker 30 years at General Motors. He was a member of American Legion Support Group and Sedgewickville Lutheran Church and a former church board member.
Survivors include his wife, Joan; a son, Paul Pridemore of Sedgewickville; three daughters, Sherry (David) Landewee of Leopold, Mo., Jana (Gerald) Landewee of Kelso, Mo., and Amy (Matt) Rowland of Perryville; 14 grandchildren, Jason Brotherton, Lucas, Seth, Derek, Justin, Tyler, Kayce and Caitlyn Landewee, Jennifer Smith, Kyle, Kevin and Jeremy Pridemore, Colin and Kate Rowland; and a great-granddaughter, Raelyn Inman, and one on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Raymond Pridemore; and a sister, Mary Lou Starkey.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to time of service Monday at Liley Funeral Home in Patton, Mo.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Jerry Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Sedgewickville Lutheran Church Cemetery.
