PERKINS -- Jerry Lee Wagoner, 54, of Perkins, died Friday, Aug. 11, 1995, at his home.
He was born Aug. 1, 1941, in Perkins, the son of Pearline Rosemary Spane Wagoner of Perkins and the late Edward Wagoner. He was formerly married to Wanda Wagoner Vogel.
Wagoner lived in Perkins all his life and was employed at Florsheim Shoe Co. in Cape Girardeau. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Freeman of Washington, Mo., and Pam Hanback of Herington, Kan.; two brothers, Gary Wagoner of Perkins and Dennis Wagoner of Chaffee; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
Service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Jack Hargraves officiating. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery in Perkins.
