Mary "Jerilyn" Armbruster, 80, of Cape Girardeau passed away Monday, March 27, 2023, at her home. She was born Oct. 15, 1942, in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Joseph Wilfred "Bill" and Mary Goldie Parres Armbruster. Jerilyn enjoyed shopping and dining out. Mary "Jerilyn" Armbruster, 80, of Cape Girardeau passed away Monday, March 27, 2023, at her home.

She was born Oct. 15, 1942, in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Joseph Wilfred "Bill" and Mary Goldie Parres Armbruster.

Jerilyn enjoyed shopping and dining out. She loved and adored spending time with her family and friends. She was a dedicated daughter, sister and aunt.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Cape Girardeau.

Loving survivors include two brothers, Thomas Armbruster of Cape Girardeau and J. Wayne (Teresa) Armbruster of Paducah, Kentucky; a sister, M. Juan (Rick) Crites of Cape Girardeau; nieces and nephews, Amy (Matt) Schroeder of Eureka, Missouri, Mark (Anitra) Armbruster of Cape Girardeau, Ashley (Daniel) Miller of Paducah, Justin Armbruster of Louisville, Kentucky, Colton Mojesky of Louisville, Abby (Kyle) Nelson of Kansas City, Missouri, and Luke Crites of Kansas City; great-nieces and -nephews, Ben Schroeder of Columbia, Missouri, Libby Schroeder of Kansas City, Reagan Miller of Paducah, Mackenzie Miller of Paducah, Kylie (Austin) Alexander and children, Audri, Tate, and Ryker, of Cape Girardeau, and Kevin Hendrickson of Cape Girardeau.

Jerilyn was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Cape Girardeau.

Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, Missouri, is in charge of arrangements.
