CHARLESTON -- Jennie Marie Atkins, 87, of Charleston, died Friday, July 24, 1992, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 2, 1904, in Diehlstadt, daughter of Daniel Jackson and Nettie English Horton.
Atkins was a caseworker with Division of Family Services, retiring in 1968. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Dolores Telker, Charleston Route 2; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gerald Collier officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
