DONGOLA, Ill. -- Jefferson S. Rendleman, 80, of Dongola, formerly of Wolf Lake, died Tuesday, April 15, 1997, at the City Care Center in Anna.
He was born April 16, 1916, at Reynoldsville, Ill., son of Henry and Maude Colp Rendleman.
He married Maxine G. Rowley Aug. 17, 1940, in Jackson, Mo.
Survivors include: his wife; two sons, Leon Rendleman and Larry Rendleman, both of Anna; one daughter, Nadine Rider of Dongola; four brothers, Earl Rendleman of Murphysboro, Lee Rendleman of Pekin, Ill., Paul Rendleman of Holland, Mich., and Carl Rendleman of Jonesboro; one sister, Ruth Baldwin of Holland, Mich.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one sister and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mickey Williams officiating.
Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery.
