Jean Marie Pennington, 62, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Sept. 11, 2015, at her home.
She was born April 9, 1953,. in Cape Girardeau to James and Josie Surface Frazier.
She and Daniel P. Pennington were married Aug. 17, 1986, at Cape Girardeau.
She did home cleaning for families in the Cape Girardeau area.
Jean loved her family and friends and enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel P. Pennington of Cape Girardeau; daughter, Amber Dawn (Anthony) Cervantes of Cape Girardeau; and son, Daniel James Pennington (fiancee Amanda Childs) of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, J. R. Frazier.
Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Grace Chapel, 5195 E. Old Cape Road in Jackson.
Celebration of her life will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Grace Chapel, with the Rev. Troy Truitt officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society, 106 Farrar Drive, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701.
