Jean Miller, 76, of Scott City died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, at her home.
She was born July 24, 1928, in Poplar Bluff, Mo., daughter of Jess and Alpha Harris Hodge. She and Alva Miller were married Jan. 14, 1946, in Poplar Bluff.
Miller was owner and operator of Jean's Fabrics. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mary Margaret Bunting of Risco, Mo., Gayle Flentge of Perryville, Mo.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Rhonda McCulley, and a sister.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, with the Revs. Terry Eades and R.L. Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
