JEAN L. JORDAN

PERRYVILLE -- Jean L. Jordan, 58, of Perryville, died Monday, Sept. 11, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Nov. 19, 1936, in Arkansas, daughter of George F. and Jettie Reynolds White. She and Joseph L. Jordan were married Dec. 24, 1978.

Survivors include her husband; six daughters, Beverly Jordan of Cape Girardeau, Glenda Mueller and Tracy Askins of Perryville, Patricia Jordan of Hillsboro, Ill., Donna Carey and Sandy Rivers of Mexico, Mo.; four sons, Kenneth Cooper of Cahokia, Ill., Dennis Jordan of Cape Girardeau, Gary Jordan of Fredericktown, James Jordan of Memphis, Tenn.; her father of Perryville; a sister, Dorothy Schaefer of Metairie, La., and 16 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, her mother and a brother.

Young and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of private services.
