EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Graveside service for J.E. Miller of East Prairie will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery. Martin Lucas will officiate.
Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie from 11 a.m. -1 p.m.
Miller, 57, died Wednesday, June 20, 2001, at his home, following a brief illness.
He was born June 30, 1944, in Tutwiler, Miss., son of James E. and Bessie Holmes Miller.
Survivors include two sons, Jerome Miller of East Prairie, Timothy Miller of Ridgley, Tenn.; seven brothers, Edgar Miller of Wetumka, Okla., Bill, Charles and Johnny Miller of East Prairie, Harold Miller of Locust, N.C., George Miller of North, S.C., Roger Miller of Chicago; a sister, Lilly Hensley of Waverly, Tenn.; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
