SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Janice Hope Williams, 63, of Scott City died Friday, Aug. 25, 2000, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo.
She was born Jan. 10, 1937, at Illmo, Mo., daughter of Forrest Columbus and Alma Idell O'Guin McCormick. She and David S. Williams were married Dec. 19, 1969, at Chaffee, Mo.
Williams was an inspector at the former Ely Walker Co.
Survivors include her husband; five sons, Forrest Crawford of Pollard, Ark., David W. Williams of Cape Girardeau, Danny Williams of Marble Hill, Mo., Scott Crawford of Searcy, Ark., Joe Crawford of Fruitland, Mo.; two daughters, Karen Gilman of Marmaduke, Ark., Crystal Mansker of Paragould, Ark.; a brother, Dean McCormick of Jackson, Mo.; a sister, Geraldine Jenkins of Fairview Heights, Ill.; and 14 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, a sister and a grandchild.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel. The Rev. Randy Morse will officiate. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
