JONESBORO, Ill. -- Janice J. Isit, 58, died Friday, Dec. 26, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Sept. 12, 1939, in Olive Branch, daughter of Marshall Allen and Mabel Dover Johnson. She worked as a personal care giver and attended the Pleasant Ridge Church.

Survivors include a son, Fred Isit of Peoria; a daughter, Pam Fox of Vienna; four brothers, Ed Johnson of O'Fallon, Jack Johnson and Russell Johnson, both of Jonesboro, and Phillip Johnson of Lacenter, Ky.; three sisters, all of Peoria; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Hileman & Parr Funeral Services, with the Rev. Curt Alderson officiating. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery.
