SCOTT CITY -- Janice Kay Crook, 49, of Scott City, died Sunday, March 17, 1996, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Jan. 18, 1947, at Ironton, daughter of Arley and Zora Crocker Grogan. She and Weldon Ellis Crook were married April 18, 1971, at Salem.
Crook was a cashier at Venture in Cape Girardeau, and member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Salem.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Michele Crook of Murray, Ky., Angela Crook of Scott City; her parents of Salem; a brother, Ricky Grogan of Salem; two sisters, Peggy Nelson and Wanda Vance of Rolla.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City after 3 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Leland Holland officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
