MOREHOUSE -- Graveside service for Janet Casey of Morehouse will be held at 11 a.m. today at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston. The Rev. Larry Arnold will officiate.

Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.

Casey, 41, died Sunday, Jan. 24, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born Oct. 18, 1957, at Sikeston, daughter of T.L. and Lilie Whittemore Coatney. She and Carl Casey were married April 22, 1987.

Casey was employed at Good Humor-Breyers, and was an alderwoman for the city of Morehouse. She attended Smith Avenue Church of God.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Joshua Casey of the home; a daughter, Jessica Casey of the home; her mother of Morehouse; a brother, Larry Coatney of Morehouse; three sisters, Ruth Ozment, Alma Harris and Carol Bishop, all of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by her father.
