Jane L. Seyer, 46, of Jackson passed away Monday, May 5, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 23, 1956, in Cairo, Ill., daughter of Cornelius and Dorothy Halter Rolwing. She and David W. Seyer were married Aug. 18, 1984.
Jane graduated from Charleston High School in 1974. She worked at Jackson Wal-Mart 24 years, and had been off since last October due to her health. She formerly served as chairperson of the Children's Miracle Network through Wal-Mart. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Loving survivors include her husband; two daughters, Chasady Stortz and husband J and children Casey and Joshua of Burfordville, Charity Seyer of Jackson; parents, Cornelius and Dorothy Rolwing of Charleston, Mo.; three brothers, Phil Rolwing of East Prairie, Mo., Dennis Rolwing of Waxahachie, Texas, Don Rolwing of Miner, Mo.; three sisters, Linda Estes and Debbie Rolwing of Charleston, and Karen Estes of Diehlstadt, Mo.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 3 to 8 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be said at 7.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Church, with Msgrs. Richard Rolwing and Edward Eftink officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
