PUXICO, Mo. -- Jane Crisel, 60, of Puxico died Monday, Jan. 26, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born June 9, 1943, in Ash Hill, Mo., daughter of Glen and Geneva Wicks Sisco. She and Jerry Crisel were married Feb. 3, 1962, at Ash Hill.
Crisel was a 1960 graduate of Puxico High School, and a 1992 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.
She had been a hairdresser, teacher, worked 17 years in area post offices and had been postmaster at Sturdivant, Mo. She was a member of Puxico First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Mike Crisel of Thompsonville, Ill., Steven Crisel of Puxico; three sisters, Sue Elledge of Wappapello, Mo., Glenda Riggins of Cape Girar-deau, Kay Vester of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; and a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico after 5 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, with the Revs. Buzz Brown and Wiley McGhee officiating. Burial will be in Puxico Cemetery.
