James Winzelo Stull, 72, of St. Ann, Mo., died Monday, Oct. 27, 2003, at St. John's Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Jan. 17, 1931, at Gideon, Mo., son of Elvis D. and Omaleen Havens Stull. He and Mildred Marie Senn were married Nov. 1, 1952, in Cape Girardeau.
Stull had been a warehouse foreman at Hussman Refrigeration and at Emerson Electric in St. Louis. He was a member of First Baptist Church of St. John's in St. Louis, coached men's church league softball many years, and was a councilman at Breckenridge Hills, Mo.
He served two years in Germany with the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife; a son, James Stull of St. Louis; three daughters, Kathy Holland of St. Peters, Mo., Chereyl Osborne of Jackson, Pam Lueker of St. Louis; five brothers, John Stull of O'Fallon, Ill., Therma Stull of Cape Girardeau, Bob Stull of Benton, Mo., Bill Stull of Scott City, Donald Stull of Jackson; a half brother, Paul Stull of Manila, Ark.; two sisters, Arletta Washburn and Betty Doria of Scott City; nine grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Keith Snyder officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery at Scott City.
