James R. McMullen, 55, died Saturday, Feb. 20, 1993, at Cedar's Retirement Home in Columbia.
He was born June 29, 1937, at Fornfelt, son of William and Emma Lipps McMullen.
He was a glazier for different construction companies, working out of Local 513 in St. Louis.
He was a past patron of the Hope Chapter 265 O.E.S., and member of the Ferguson Lodge No. 542 in Ferguson.
He is survived by his wife, Karen McMullen of St. Ann; three brothers, Roy "Scoop" McMullen of Fort Largo, Fla., John "Bill" McMullen of Grubville, Robert McMullen of Belleville, Ill., and a sister, Katherine Cossairt of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Charles Grant will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today. A Masonic service will be held at 7.
