SIKESTON -- Service for James Harvey ("Bud") Reynolds will be held at 2 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Don Embry, pastor of fellowship Baptist Church of Sikeston officiating. Burial will be in Matthews Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. today.
Reynolds, of Sikeston, 88 years old, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 1990, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
He was born June 15, 1902, at Lamarr, Ark., son of John Robert Reynolds, and Mary Etta Graham Reynolds.
He married Ruby Murphy on Feb. 21, 1926 at Lamarr. She preceded him in death on April 14, 1986.
He was a retired street department employee for the city of Sikeston. He was a member of the Tanner Street Church of God.
Survivors include a son, Dean Reynolds, of Sikeston; two brothers, Albert Reynolds and George Reynolds, both of Lamarr; a sister, Syble Holloway, of Lamarr; and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Reynolds, on June 2, 1990.
