CHARLESTON, Mo. -- James Edward Fowler, 66, of Charleston died Monday, July 7, 2003, at his home.
He was born Oct. 12, 1936, in East Prairie, Mo., son of James Aubrey and Rosie Edna Priester Fowler. He and Candy Marleen Cramner were married Oct. 4, 1983.
Fowler was a retired farmer and had lived in Mississippi County most of his life.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Tuesday Huff of East Prairie; three sisters, Helen Fowler and Asalee Haines of Sikeston, Mo., Lucy Fish of Columbus, N.M.; and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at the family home. Kenneth Gibson will officiate.
Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie is in charge of arrangements.
