KARNAK, Ill. -- James A. Dunn, 28, of Round Lake and formerly of Karnak, died Monday, April 3, 2000, at Mexico, Mo., from injuries received in a train accident.
He was born Jan. 21, 1972, in Libertyville.
He worked as a laborer for Mid-West Plastics. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Dunn of Mexico; his mother, Bonnie Sronce Dunn of Round Lake; two sisters, Tina Derflinger of Pleasant Prairie, Wis., and Jessica Swink of Round Lake; and grandparents, Alvia and Dolly Carter Dunn of Karnak and Ruby Sronce of Columbus, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Dunn.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kenneth Sharp officiating.
Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery at Cypress.
