JACK L. SPEARS

SIKESTON -- Jack Lynn Spears, 42, of Los Angeles, Calif., died Tuesday, March 29, 1994, at his home, following an extended illness.

He was born Nov. 19, 1951, in Sikeston, son of Eugene J. and Mae Kornegger Spears.

Spears was a 1969 graduate of Sikeston High School, attended Southeast Missouri State University, and attended the New York School of Interior Design.

Spears moved to California four years ago, and was employed by the Antique Museum in Los Angeles.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Mae and John Teichman of Willis, Texas; three brothers, Ronald Spears of Chicago, Daniel Spears of Melissa, Texas, and Rick Spears of Crete, Ill.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church in Sikeston, with the Rev. Charles Buck officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens at Morley.
