DONGOLA, Ill. -- Jack D. Jones, 63, of Dongola, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born April 7, 1939, in Union County, son of John and Mae Adams Jones.
Jones was a retired crane operator. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 318 and Anna Moose Lodge.
Survivors include two daughters, Darlene Osteen of Broken Arrow, Okla., Deborah Barnett of Marion, Ill.; two sons, Jon Jones of Madison, Wis., Tyler Jones of Dongola; a sister, Joy Bostian of Anna; two brothers, J.E. and Jim Jones of Dongola; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.
Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Eddie Pullen officiating. Burial will be in Big Creek Cemetery.
