IVA L. BRYANT

SIKESTON -- Graveside service for Iva Lena Bryant of Sikeston will be held at 10 a.m. today at Garden of Memories Cemetery. The Rev. Thedeena Thompson will officiate.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Home at Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.

Bryant, 78, died Saturday, June 11, 1994, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born March 24, 1916, at Canalou, daughter of Cyrus Moses and Susan Anne McKiddey Pointer. She and Claude C. Bryant were married Nov. 4, 1930, at Canalou. He died March 20, 1988.

Bryant moved to Sikeston 44 years ago from Canalou.

Survivors include a son, Jerry Bryant of Sikeston; a daughter, Faye Kirkpatrick of Charleston; a brother, Earnest Pointer of Matthews; a sister, Lila Harden of Sikeston; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, a brother, four sisters, and two grandchildren.
