Irene L. Limbach, 78, of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, July 23, 1993, at Jackson Manor in Jackson. She was born March 29, 1915, in Oaks, North Dakota, daughter of Oscar and Agnes Church Rugtiz. She married Dale William Limbach on Aug. 20, 1938. He preceded her in death on March, 25, 1967...

Irene L. Limbach, 78, of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, July 23, 1993, at Jackson Manor in Jackson.

She was born March 29, 1915, in Oaks, North Dakota, daughter of Oscar and Agnes Church Rugtiz.

She married Dale William Limbach on Aug. 20, 1938. He preceded her in death on March, 25, 1967.

She had been a secretary and bookkeeper for Myer Brothers Auto dealership in Belleville, Ill.,

She was of the Presbyterian faith.

Survivors include two sons, Robert D. Limbach of Cape Girardeau and Richard A. Limbach of Birmingham, Ala., a sister, Dorothy Warwick of St. Louis.; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister.

A committal service will be held Monday at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Belleville, Ill., with the Rev. David Marshall, pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Belleville, officiating.

There will be no visitation.

Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
