Funeral for Inis W. Fulbright, 83, will be at 1:30 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. John Rice will officiate. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until service time.
Fulbright died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2000, at Chateau Girardeau Health Center.
She was born Aug. 23, 1916, at Sedgewickville, daughter of Barney C. and Maude Cook Seabaugh. She and William "Bill" Fulbright were married June 12, 1938. He died Feb. 3, 1979.
She was a longtime member of New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson. She graduated from Cape Central High School and Cape Beauty School.
She worked as a beautician in Perryville and was formerly employed at the Perryville Shoe Factory, a shoe factory in Batesville, Ark., and Hayday Shoe Co. in St. Louis. She also worked at Jackson Oil Co., retiring in 1980.
She served as a volunteer at Southeast Missouri Hospital for many years and moved to Chateau Girardeau in 1988.
Survivors include a sister, Leora Dolle of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by a daughter.
