INEZ SNELL

ANNA, Ill. -- Funeral for Inez M. Snell of Anna will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna. The Revs. Larry Shacklee and Lonnie Dale will officiate. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today.

Snell, 90, died Wednesday, March 28, 2001, at Jonesboro Health Care Center in Jonesboro, Ill.

She was born May 21, 1910, in Dongola, Ill., daughter of John and Sarah Smith Dale. She and Owen J. Snell were married May 9, 1932, in Dongola. He died Jan. 17, 1984.

Snell was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Ruby Brimm of Anna, Monica West of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; a sister, Iva Rymer of Anna; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, and several brothers and sisters.
