Inez Elfrink, daughter of the late Leo Enderle and Dora Glastetter Enderle, was born July 20, 1937, in Cape Girardeau and departed this life Saturday, July 13, 2019, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 81 years.
Mrs. Elfrink worked on the family owned farm most of her life before joining with Southeast Hospital as their messenger for 10 years. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, active member of ladies sodality parishes and a resident of Scott City.
On Sept. 28, 1957, she was united in marriage to Cyril Jacob Elfrink in Chaffee, Missouri. Mr. Elfrink preceded her in death Sept. 13, 2005.
Survivors include two sons, Kevin Elfrink and Randy Elfrink, both of Kelso, Missouri; three daughters, Edith Pennington (Michael) of New Hamburg, Missouri, Sandra Gibbons (Larry) of Kelso and Janice Kiefer (Pat) of New Hamburg; one brother, Elmer Enderle; one sister, Laura Craigmiles of Chaffee; also by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 until 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., today at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso.
Funeral services will conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with Father Tom Kiefer officiating. Interment will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
