INA MANGOLD

ANNA, Ill. -- Funeral service for Ina Mangold of Anna will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Crain Funeral Home in Anna. The Rev. S.S. Borum will officiate, with burial in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today, and Saturday until service time.

Mangold, 86, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 1997, at her home.

She was born June 15, 1911, at Dongola, daughter of Oliver and Dovie Malinda Miller Cruse. She and Frank "Red" Mangold were married Nov. 18, 1933. He died Nov. 19, 1958.

Mangold owned and operated Ina Mangold Beauty Salon. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School 57 years.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Warren of Anna; a sister, Pearl Cavaness of Anna; two brothers, Murriel and Rooney Cruse of Anna; a grandson; and three great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
