CHARLESTON -- Funeral service for Huston B. Cannon of Charleston will be at noon Thursday at the Sparks Funeral Chapel in Charleston.

The Rev. Virgil Owens will officiate, and burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Charleston.

Mr. Cannon died Sunday at the Charleston Manor Nursing Center. He was 75.

He was born Feb. 3, 1916 in Sunflower, Miss.

Survivors include two sons, Joseph and Carl Cannon, both of Bloomington, Ill., and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Cothran of Charleston and Mrs. Eva Dotson of Lancaster, Pa..

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until noon Thursday at the Sparks Funeral Home in Charleston.
