HUBERT MILFELT

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Hubert J. Milfelt, 71, of Perryville died Friday, Sept. 15, 2000, at Perry County Nursing Home.

He was born Sept. 22, 1928, in Perry County, Mo., son of Joseph and Lena Kiefer Milfelt. He and Ruth Manner were married Sept. 19, 1953.

Milfelt retired from International Shoe Co. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Robert and Terry Milfelt of Snellville, Ga., Randy Milfelt of Perryville; two daughters, Shirley Bishop of Lithonia, Ga., Linda Heuring of Perryville; a sister, Zella Milfelt of Marshall, Mo.; a half sister, Shirley Weith of Perryville; a half brother, Joe Milfelt of Perryville; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter and three brothers.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today, and Sunday from 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Immanuel Church, with the Rev. Matthew Marks officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
