HOWARD WARD

SIKESTON -- Howard Ward, 80, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, March 21, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

He was born June 7, 1914, in Biggers, Ark., son of James Blane and Nellie Elliott Ward. He and Lucille Campbell were married Dec. 2, 1935. She died April 15, 1984.

Ward was a brick mason and concrete finisher. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church and Eagles Aerie 3319.

Survivors include a son, Bob Ward of Sikeston; a daughter, Mary Nunnelee of Sikeston; a brother, Cloise Ward of Broseley; a sister, Marie Forsythe of Sikeston; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Marvin Butrum officiating. Burial will be in Ash Hill Cemetery at Ash Hill.
