SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Homer Eugene Decker of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Gaylon Butler and Allen Figley will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery here.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. to service time.

Decker, 65, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1992, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Feb. 11, 1927, in Little Rock, Ark., son of Walter and Alice Rose Brown Decker. He and Alice Marie Frankum Figley were married April 3, 1976, at Sikeston.

Decker was a retired truck driver, and attended Christian Family Church.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Randy Decker of Newburn, N.C., Mike Decker of Portland, Ore., Terry Decker of Paris, Tenn.; two daughters, Linda St. Germain and Debbie Storjohann of Portland; two stepsons, James Figley of Sikeston, Allen Figley of Searcy, Ark.; a stepdaughter, Reba Meyer of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Sam Decker of East Prairie, Bob Decker of Palmdale, Calif.; three sisters, Hazel James of Hayti, Geraldine Burns of Sikeston, Rachel Scholtz of Downey, Calif., and 17 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother.
