EAST PRAIRIE -- Hillen S. "Bill" Robison, 66, a resident of Kenai, Alaska and formerly of Sikeston and East Prairie, died Wednesday, May 25, 1994 at Providence Hospital in Anchorage after a brief illness.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, with Bro. Larry Smith, pastor of the First Church of God of East Prairie, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
He was born April 13, 1928 in Portageville, the son of Pheaby Zeruiah Butler Robison and Edgar Robison.
On May 30, 1953 he married Ura Lee Metheny Robison, who preceded him in death on Nov. 6, 1976. On July 7, 1989, he married Juanita Crawford, who survives.
Other survivors include: his mother, of East Prairie; one son, Mark Robison of Sikeston; one daughter, Marla Fuller of Plano, Texas; one brother, Emmett Robison of East Prairie; two sisters, Beth Couch of Jonesboro, Ark. and Inda Rowe of Mt. Olive, Ill.; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
Robison was a retired timber contractor and an Army veteran of the Korean conflict, serving with the 82nd Airborne.
