PERRYVILLE -- Herman Foster, 73, of Perryville, died Sunday, March 1, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Nov. 9, 1918, at Menfro, son of Edward and Zella Clifton Foster. He and Ethel Yeager were married Oct. 12, 1940.

Foster was a retired construction worker with Local 925 in Chester, Ill.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Herman Foster of Perryville; a daughter, Carol Walker of Perryville; two brothers, Edward Foster of Florissant, Floyd Foster of Houston, Texas, and a grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a twin brother.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Alvin Mathes will officiate, with burial in Home Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-9 p.m. today, and 6:30-11 a.m. Wednesday.
