KELSO, Mo. -- Herman August Enderle, 62, of Kelso died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born April 7, 1947, in Cape Girardeau, to Paul Peter and Alma Laura Bucher Enderle. He and Carol Ann Gosche were married Aug. 3, 1968, in New Hamburg, Mo.
Enderle worked for Kohlfeld Distributing more than 20 years. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council 6420 of Scott City.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; a son, Scot (Amy) Enderle of Scott City; a daughter, Nicole Leimbach of Kelso; a brother, David (LeDeva) Enderle of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Anna Marie Enderle of Matthews, Mo., Helen Kinnison of Cape Girardeau; and four grandchildren, Kassidy and Dalton Leimbach, Ashley and David Tienda.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg. Parish prayers will be at 7, immediately followed by the Knights of Columbus service.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Oliver Clavin as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery at Kelso.
Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City is in charge of arrangements.
