CHAFFEE -- Herman "Tom" Dumey, 86, of Piedmont, died Thursday, April 21, 1994, at Lucy Lee Hospital in Poplar Bluff.
He was born March 10, 1908, at Kelso, son of Leo and Louise Enderle Dumey. He married Irene Westrich, who preceded him in death.
Dumey was a retired sectionhand with Cottonbelt Railroad. He was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church in Piedmont.
Survivors include a son, Norman Dumey of St. Louis; three daughters, Shirley DeFransesco, Rose Geimes and Mary Caruthers, all of St. Louis; three brothers, Eugene and Frank Dumey of Chaffee, and Theon Dumey of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee after 5 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7:30.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church here. The Rev. Allan Saunders will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
