TAMMS, Ill. -- Henrietta Cook, 51, of Hope Mills, N.C., died Wednesday, April 28, 1993, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, N.C. She was born Oct. 12, 1941, in Tamms, daughter of Houston and Gladys Vick Stonecipher Survivors include a son, Dale Cook of Edmonton, Canada; foursisters, Mary Garrison of Morton, Margaret Wilson of Dexter, Mo., Jessie Sowers of Olive Branch, Lillie Braswell of Blue Island, and two grandchildren...

Survivors include a son, Dale Cook of Edmonton, Canada; foursisters, Mary Garrison of Morton, Margaret Wilson of Dexter, Mo., Jessie Sowers of Olive Branch, Lillie Braswell of Blue Island, and two grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Crain Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Billy Don Heady will officiate, with burial in St. John's Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Saturday.
