PERRYVILLE -- Helen L. Hagan, 76, of Perryville died Monday, Sept. 23, 1991, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.
She was born Feb. 3, 1915, the daughter of Theodore and Minnie Kasten. On Aug. 12, 1949, she married Pius Ambrose Hagan, who preceded her in death Dec. 19, 1968.
Prior to moving to Perryville in 1968, she and her husband owned and operated the East Side Grocery in Jackson.
Survivors include a son, Donald LeRoy Hagan of Warrenton; two sisters, Emma Kieninger of Jackson and Leona Thompson of St. Louis; a brother, Oscar Kasten of Cape Girardeau; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three great, great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the Miller Family Funeral Home, formerly Drayton Funeral Home, in Perryville, where funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Pastor Donald Loesch will officiate, and burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
