GRAND TOWER, Ill. -- Helen Koch Wilson, 79, of Grand Tower, died Tuesday, June 30, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Wilson was born in Dudley, Mo., on June 7, 1913, to John Theodore and Rebecca Emma Grey Koch. She was a homemaker, as well as a member of the First Baptist Church and the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 999...

GRAND TOWER, Ill. -- Helen Koch Wilson, 79, of Grand Tower, died Tuesday, June 30, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Wilson was born in Dudley, Mo., on June 7, 1913, to John Theodore and Rebecca Emma Grey Koch. She was a homemaker, as well as a member of the First Baptist Church and the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 999.

She married Louis Price Wilson on Aug. 18, 1934, at Perryville. He preceded her in death in May 1975.

She is also preceded in death by one son, one daughter, one brother and one sister.

Survivors include a daughter, Jewel Y. (Judy) Eggley of Cape Girardeau; two sons, Raymon L. "Jim" Wilson of Grand Tower and Jerry M. Wilson of Chicago; three sisters, Mary Davis of Flint, Mich., Margie Fowler of Clarkston, Wash., and Wanda Fowler of Lewiston, Idaho; two brothers, Emery Koch of St. Louis and Leroy Koch of Osceola, Ark.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at the First Baptist Church in Grand Tower, with the Rev. Don Grammer officiating. Burial will be in Walker Hill Cemetery at Grand Tower. Meredith Funeral Home of Grand Tower was in charge of arrangements.
