CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Helen P. Bone, 92, of Charleston died Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo.
She was born April 26, 1914, in Charleston, daughter of J.W. and Ida Forsythe Brown.
Bone worked at the Ben Franklin Store more than 30 years, and was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, David Bone of McKenzie, Tenn., Ronny Bone of Southaven, Miss.; a daughter, Jo Ann Lyons of Vernon, Texas; two brothers, Bill Brown of Charleston, Howard Brown of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Mildred Brokaw of Granite City, Ill.; 21 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sons and two daughters.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home. The Revs. Roger Jespersen and Jim Denbow will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
