HARRY HEDRICKS VOGEL

ADVANCE -- Harry Hedricks Vogel, 86, of Advance, died Friday, Dec. 4, 1992 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Dec. 23, 1905 in Towanencin, Penn., son of Elmer Vogel and Clara Hedricks.

He worked as custodian at North Penn High School in Lansdale, Penn.

He married Catherine Heckler in December 1971. She preceded him in death.

He is survived by two step-sons, Edward Wanner, Rowlett, Texas, Barry Wanner, Boston, Mass.; one brother, Charles Vogel, Souderton, Penn.; three sisters, Anna, Sue and Ruth; four step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.

One infant sister preceded him in death.

Local funeral service will be held today at 1:30 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance with the Rev. Virgil Bunch officiating.

Friends may call at the funeral home today from 12:30-1:30 p.m.

His body will be returned to Kulpsville, Penn. for funeral service there Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church. Visitation is scheduled there Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. Burial will take place at Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery
