Funeral service for Harry Dallas Robinson, 1436 rear Jefferson, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. The Rev. Rennie Phillips will officiate, with burial in Fairmount Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home 4-8 p.m. today.

Robinson, 86, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 1992, at his home.

He was born Jan. 14, 1906, in Lincoln County, son of Jeremiah and Louisa Thornhill Robinson. He and Margaret M. Birks were married in 1935 in St. Charles. She died in 1979.

Robinson worked 32 years at International Shoe Co. in St. Charles, then worked at McCabe Powers in St. Louis, moved to Cape Girardeau and worked 15 years at International Shoe Co. here. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge in St. Charles.

Survivors include five sons, Andrew Robinson of St. Charles, James Robinson of Tombstone, Ariz., Jerry Robinson of Bakersfield, Calif., Robert Robinson of Cape Girardeau, Jayron Robinson of Elco, Nev.; a sister, Irene Wunsch of Oakland, Calif.; eight grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by two sons, 11 brothers and sisters, and a grandchild.
